No, BOVA does not engage for that specific deliverable known as a “fairness opinion”, nor is its workproduct understood to be a fairness opinion. However, BOVA’s workproduct may be designed to afford management an independent, impartial view of the range of reasonable fair market values in circumstances including but not limited to those where counsel advises management that obtaining a fairness opinion may not be the preferred course of action.
